We know you are extremely busy, so we have tried to make it as easy as possible and provide all the resources here in one place.

Introduce Kylie and The DV Collective
We hope this is the first event of many and that your employees, who are passionate about making a difference in the domestic violence space, are connected to our larger cause. Partnering with The DV Collective you are supporting hundreds of existing organisations supporting more women escaping safely. The first step in our journey is to introduce our founder, Kylie and why The DV Collective came to be.
Spread the Word
Silly Socks or Scarf for a Safe House is an opportunity to have a little bit of fun, while raising awareness about a very serious and complex issue. We have created a number of posters you can print and place around the workplace, or attach to an email or upload on your internal intranet or communication platform. The QR code to access the Shop for a Shelter can be found on the posters.
Introduce our Shelter Managers
Shelters are underfunded and under resourced. By providing essential items, their funds can then be spent on more impactful resources. Each of our shelters have provided an inventory list of the items they need NOW. As we receive the lists we add the items to the Shop for a Shelter online shopping experience. We will be rolling out the program at different times of the year,, through different corporates, ensuring there is a consistent supply of resources where it is needed. We work with over 20 shelters currently and today we would like to introduce a couple of our shelter managers…

Wear Silly Scarf or Socks for a Day
The big day has arrived! Thank you for encouraging your staff to wear a silly scarf or socks for a day. Please make sure EVERYONE scans the QR code to donate $5 directly or purchase directly from the store. We have created another short video which can be used on the day, either online or at the event, if you are holding a morning tea or a lunch. Feel free to stream far and wide.

We are very passionate about our cause and we are aligning with organisations and employees who are just as passionate.
